I don't know much about the context, but apparently Yunshin provoked Seheon and then initiated sex, which lead to the generic "angry sex" scene. People are saying that it had consent, but I personally don't think expressing your anger through violence is acceptable even with consent. It's not kinky when one person is actually being rough out of anger, not pleasure.
