Short answer : NO.
Kuyu is writing a /subversion/ of the genre and of its tropes. Turning is proving that an omegaverse can also be about green-flags building trust, respect and love before engaging in sexual intimacy, communicating on an equal standing, in a society that doesn't stigmatizes omegas. So, no baby-trapping, and everything in the novel points at no pregnancy at all.

Long-ass answer with !spoilers! :

So far in the novel (aka 1200s chapters in), world-building-wise it's not possible. It's canon that pregnancy between alphas and omegas in nearly impossible or defective, or at least that it wasn't recorded in both time-lines. During the first time-line, Kishiar and Yuder shared heats for a year and no pregnancy happened ; but that was also because Kishiar's health was messed-up and it affected is fertility, so it's not really a reliable clue. Another element we have to take into account is the mate bond they share that could enable it, but that's speculation for now.
Character-wise, they are not even thinking of marrying yet... and not projecting with children at all. They actually talked about it and Kishiar doesn't want to transmit is problematic maladive genes to a potential children.
Plot-wise, a pregnancy wouldn't fit between all the plot lines, at least for now in the latest chapters. But, they are also planning for Kishiar's succession to the throne, and that would maybe lead to the necessity of a successor in the future, since Keilusa is infertile.
So if there is any children it's /more likely/ they would adopt, and that would be at the very end of the story or in an epilogue.
As much as I love this, if yuder became pregnant I would drop this in a heartbeat Can anyone spoil me just if he became pregnant or not
