I think it's the art mostly. Plot's not really banging as the author's even reusing plot from their first manhwa. And maybe you know what? Maybe the story? Like it's the new gen's first foray. Cos for the life of me, I don't understand why people love to hate on this but keep coming back

I was going to reply to you but guess what I couldn't do it, by any chance, did you block me? So my next question is "who are you, never talked to you."
Some of it is the art but not completely. Yes the arts good but the author did a good job portraying Dan as weak. And i feel like I’ve met a lot of weak people like Dan stuck in abusive relationships and not sticking up for themselves until way later. And sue me but I do like redemption arcs when it comes to reading. In real life tho Jae woulda had to GO!!! n when I said I hated it I meant line love hate cause I hate how Jae treats Dan but the plot is actually interesting. The grandma, the debt, the boxing/obsession with winning, the sleep walking. Like this isn’t boring at all. it has some cliches fs but this is still very different.
You know it’s a good read when u actually hate the story but u continue to come back for more. the author truly did a good job with making unlikable characters with a banging plot. And the art. Chefs kiss* now J need to realize his feelings n Dan need to make J work his ass off to get him back.
