No I’m assuming that he was a human before but unfortunately got the complete traits of a dog from the mutation (story says they can get full blown animal traits!). That’s probably why he acts more of a dog than a human, and has been used to it for a while since he’s been on the farm with Mr. A (Big A)
The farm people are humans infected by an animal virus, but fluffy is a real dog turned human????? Huh????????????
