It's basically only having yang energy in ones body and that's bad since there needs to be yin and yang energy in someone's body

Yea basically since he needs to receive yang energy and the only way to get that is through sex, but if they do the releasing of their punishment (idk what it's called) they no longer need to do it with with someone who has the opposite of the energy that they have
