You still can do it but it's limited to desktop only and No putting desktop mode on mobile browser won't work. You'll have to open this site on your pc and add the tags that's it no other way

Back then we can add our own custom tag on the manga, but now I feel like it's not possible anymore? We can only choose between few of the already existing tags （/TДT)/
