What growth? It's been a while since I read this but I truly don't remember there being any real character growth for the main leads. I don't recall the seme ever repenting for the whole pregnancy thing. And from what I remember the happy ending for the uke had moreso to do with him becoming rich than anything else. To me character growth implies the character truly understanding what they did wrong and improving themselves to overcome their shortcomings. I don't remember that in this story. Again, it's been a while (7 years?) and that's just how I remember it
Then maybe you weren't reading at all when you said that there was no character growth in the story

Not only raped but baby trapped and pushed to carry it to full term even though he didn't want to
