True. Not a bad idea. They think winter is gone and has abandoned them even though they hate winter. Hmph
Winter bell will not be used like some prop or pawn. Clean up your own mess and stop dragging other dragons into it.

I guess having the winter knights under them is just to flex.
1. The dragon knights answer to no one but the dragon
2. The country they are in has close ties to the dragon so the dragon knights are technically serving the country
3. The winter dragon has zero presence so the knights have nothing to serve and are jobless
