Hmm? No, most is actually in KLM and it's side stories. The stories of the author are actually webnovels/novels and are only adapted to manhwa.
So there are things left out and some side stories she added later on that are still not adapted to manhwa.
That Grayson told Keith that his brother has only two sons is in the last chapter of the main story. Josh being pregnant with his 3rd child in that last chapter of the mains story is only mentioned in the novel, left out in the manhwa.
The thing with Cecil wearing cute clothes, why Josh's children act like that around Spence etc, is explained in a side story where the children met for the first time that wasn't adapted to manhwa so far.
Cecil only appears in the epilogue of KMIYC, and there it's only that Josh likes him in cute clothes because of Chase, and there is a hint to the side story of KLM I mentioned.
