I dont think saying “our children” means its their biological kid. I meant if he is the teacher then its his kid too just not literally. Teachers usually call students “my kids” and stuff like that especially homeroom teachers addressing kids from their class.

Also the MC is a girl so a daughter not just a child, the mom saying our daughter can interpret that its the easiest way for the mother to address her daughter in front of the teacher because the students are the teachers kids too. And also the mom is a teacher too so for her its pretty obvious how to address her daughter in front of the MC’s teacher= our daughter. I know nothing about the original language nor the translation but to me this is what came to my mind first. We shall see who the stalker is really

She said “our” because that’s how koreans affectionately call things. Like even if it’s just a single person’s dog they’ll say “our puppy” or “our (insert dog name)”. “Our daughter” in this case is just her calling MC affectionately.
