"Hand Jumper" is a really really good one, the mc is even more "psychopath" like than this one, but she's still a really likeable character quite similar to this one you can find it on here but its free on webtoon
Another one is "myst, might, mayhem", it is a historical murim and mc is another "psychopath" like character however much crazier, and very well written to the point you want to side with his insane actions
And lastly is another murim, the mc is a "psychopath" and he tries to understand and empathise with others, while giving into and fighting back his nature its "Gwanjeon: Kang Jin Lee" and his character feels like watching a child grow in a way, you feel proud of his developments

In terms of gaining abilities, I dont have anything exactly like "mc gains teleportation abilities" but I do have some similar mc gains abilites:
"Star fosters swordsmanship"
genuinely the best of the best such great story telling, the mc lives in the slums looking for revenge after people he loved in the sums were killed, he is struck by lightning causing him to hear the voice of a swords master guiding him, there are so many good plot lines in this
"I was mistaken for the villain"
where the mc trains but cannot cannot gain abilities till one day this "creature" from the future comes and gives him powers to help save the country, its better than the description i've given though
"Special civil servant"
is another really good one he gets attacked and gains powers. The art style and storyline are really good, and the basis of their powers is very unique i haven't seen something like it before
"Promised orchid"
the mc begins to see spirits again after obtaining these red glasses, it turns out its not his first time, and on his journey to finding out what happend he moved to a cursed house and ends up assisting a spirit
"Human mask"
is a murim esc story its a little off track to what your looking for but its still good, essentialy the mc gains powers through using masks and fights these "monster tigers" looking for a human mask, able to give them the ability to look like humans, which would be detrimental
"I used to be a boss"
is a story where a demon king fights the hero and wins, in turn gaining a human body and has to work to re obtain all his powers
"Ullzzang gang"
is one where the mc goes back in time to save his mother, but has a phone that is able to call his uncle in the future and he goes on a journey save his mother from death
"The tax reaper"
the mc is a civil servant who gains the ability to see how much tax people have avoided and looks to punish them
"Eternally regressing Knight"
mc gains the ability to go back in time after death, continuing to do so untill he breaks through the "wall" achieving his goal and continues onto the next day
"Red spine"
mc is very weak, hes on a unit that kills demons, one day he himself becomes on but wants to use his powers to help, so far no one knows of his powers

mc use to be the lead hero, defeating finned demons and is in the end killed by them returning in the future to a new body, however he is now also inhabited by the king finned demon, his past as a hero has been tarnished and replaced now he looks to revenge, unfortunately it has alot of fan service but it can be overlooked

the mc becomes involved into a brawl where he is given a suit which gives the user powers
"Jungle juice"
mc is infected by a bug spray which gives him insect abilities he joins a school to train his abilities in hopes of relieve an elixir to return him back to being fully human
"Royal Table"
A little boy gains the ability to go back in time through a book, coupled with his love and curiosity for cooking he interacts with those od the past its still very new so I don't know exactly where its going yet
"The untimate shut in" mc gains the ability to claim buildings as his own territory and is on a journey so far to find and save his family after monsters from another world began flooding in

This one is fantasy and I actually often confuse it with the one above since they havr similar charscter design but she essentialy also enters a gate, fights off monsters and gains powers its a well rounded and enjoyable story

I haven't read this in so so so long but it has the female mc and it has fantasy, i just remmebr it being extremely good, the mc is sucked into another world as the villainess and has to survive,the only way for her to escape the game master is for her to become to become the queen, the description ive given is very poor in comparison to the amazing story cause I its been a while but from the reviews its definitely worth a read
"Sengoku Komachi Kurou Tan!"
This one isn't very fantasy like however the female mc travels to the past and uses her knowledge of the future to shape the era its so entertaining and the story is very well made
"Code name: TARANTULA"
this also isn't fantasy but the female lead is bad ass, a once assassin returns to her roots after her policeman husband is said to have committed suicide she seeks revenge, uncovering the true reason behind his death
"Gorae Byul - The Gyeongseong Mermaid"
Again this one isn't fantasy, its kinda hard to find good fantasy stories with female mcs but its still so good its heart wrenching in a way and so well written like its not the same slope story line all artists seem to push, you get into it and youll wanna cry alot, i havent read it in a while because i know my heart will hurtso the mc starts out as a handmaid and aids and injured man, however she is repaid by them attempting to silence her, I dont want to spoil anymore tho but its better than what ive just described
"For my abandoned love"
This one does contain a little bit of fantasy, so the female mc is transported to a different world where she attempts to save the life of her favourite mc, its such a well written twist on a "cliché" story line and the mc is well fleshed out
"The Glamorous Life of the Fake Mistress"
This also isn't fantasy however its extremely well written, the mc is a prostitute in her first life and is killed by the evil wife of the ml, she's essentialy a pawn, in her second life she seeks for revenge its another well written "cliché" story line
"Loveless Heroine"
This is a really really good story its actually Thai which is pretty rare and the story line follows Thai folk lore, but essentialy the female mc is transported to a post folk story of a girl who was pursued by two male suitors, both options ending in tragedy, the female mc looks to escape both and meets hurdles along the way he character is so well fleshed out shes strong and her personality is powerful shes also extremely smart it has the fantasy element in the form of "incantations" etc more traditional ideas of fantasy, I really recommend reading this one, the art style is great, the story line is great and the look into Thai culture and folklore is amazing
"Suddenly Became a Princess One Day"
This is one of the og, transmiration manhwas, and i personaly belive one of the first "daddy daughter" manhwas to blow up, essentially the mc is transmigrated into a different world where her dad is cold and hates her through trials and tribulations they come together but there's alot of very good plot twists, its the og cliché when cliche use to be done well
"Sister wars"
This one also isn't fantasy sorry
So essentialy the female mc doesn't have parents and lives with her grandma, she is gifted in the arts, along side this other mean, bully rich girl in her class, I havent read it in a while but someting happens between them, and things are revealed that turn their worlds upside down, its a really good read from last I remember

True Especiallyy with anime, while I don't know one's that are exactly like hand Jumper, thats the problem with unique story lines, I do have some that have a similar "vibe" because webtoons have a certain vibe to them that cant really be replicated idk so:

Id say from what I know this is the closest in vibes to hand jumper but still different the mc is a rebellious child of rich parents. He is essentilsy liked out but runs upon a mysterious bird girl stealing an apple from the rooftop of his familys building, as he looks to uncover the mystery he becomes involved in "trials" created by otherworldly creatures, its got a great vibe to it

This one is really really good, its got a unique twist to it, so Mc is a kind boy and one day finds an injured fat cat except that cat is actualy a man with powers, and helps the mc with his own powers again my descriptions never chalk up to the stories so its better then it sounds
Cloud walker - webtoon & mango
Its a webtoon where the world is ridden with demons, there are those who fight against them, the mc faces an attack when he is younger, and is the only survivor, one day the mc is attacked and during so unlocks a power from a demon, he is then later recruited into a society that fights them as they want to watch his powers
Covenant - webtoon
The mc is tasked with protecting a human from the demonic rise, despite his lack of belief in God, this is so unique and interesting its fantasy and looks at religion
Lumine - webtoon & mango
The mc is a runaway wearwolf who meets a witch and becomes his bodyguard and the story goes on from there its also so great
UnOrdinary webtoon & mango
First off i love the mc, but essentualy he lived in a word which categorises and defines people based on their powers, the mc had a troubled childhood in school, after an incident, he is taken to a behavioural facility, once he returns to high school, he is a "cripple" one without powers and is beaten up for that as the story progresses he eventually reveals his powers, its so good, I'll always be John's number one supporter!
Catharsis webtoon & mango
Id say this is one of my most favourite webtoons, it does follow a cliche howver its so well executed and does things in its own way, the mc essentialy begins to see these creatures that feed off human emotions, he is dragged into a group which exterminates them , at the same time, one of these creatures is attached to him and actually gives him his powers, its a great read
"Night class"
Easentialy the mc sees one of his clas mates turn into a wearwolf and the story goes on from there, its probably the furthest thing from hand jumper but idk they just have similar vibes in my eyes
I love all of these theyre so good, i probably feel this way because I read them in my formative years tho
