Use moisturizer on the lips . It helps so much rather than using the lipbalm. I heard that using nip*le cream is good, not sure if it's true cuz I don't try it myself. And rub your moisturizer/lipbalm vertically
I use Blistex sensitive. It works pretty well. If nothing you do seems to work though, you may have eczema on your lips. Seeing a dermatologist might be good idea.
