I agree and I think the reason why it’s not done more is because it’s easy for it to be boring (so authors tend to give characters a lot of angst even if it’s not well written). But this manga has normal, everyday ppl having simple relationships, but it doesn’t feel boring and a waste of time (like a lot of slice of life.) Which is a major kudos to the mangaka.
It’s so rare to find a manga where literally everyone is a positive character. All of them are written so well! Even the parents are understanding and supportive of their children. The relationships are healthy, and the friendships are strong. The character development is also really well done—it truly hits.
