i feel like there's a good chance based off of the "hmm he seems different" combined with the piercings- i haven't seen anyone mention that the piercings on the ml(s?) are different (one version has black single studs and the other has all grey/silver hoops including two in the upper cartilage) just my thoughts~
It's gotta live up to the "sandwich" part of the title somehow (▰˘◡˘▰)
