Actually, it has nothing to do with his dad. When they’re in college, Kim Minho is trying to get revenge on Jun, so he throws this bottle of liquid at Jun. Yohan ends up protecting Jun from the liquid which is acid. It ends up burning his shoulder and causes nerve damage so Yohan has trouble using his right pointer and middle finger.
I love how even the author couldn't resist and just gave us that magnificent side story besides that, I wonder what happened to johan's back. I wonder if it has anything to do with his dad.
