he received that scar from when Jun was attacked with some type of acid (i think) so he shielded Jun from it, and in return, he got nerve damaged and wont be able to move two of his fingers anymore (i think its his right arm) (read the novel pls pls istg the hospital scene is sooooooo ughhhfjckf)
