Your thinking too deeply about it, it was just put twice and one of them was spelled incorrectly. The correct spelling it hiatus. Hiatus’ and placeholders are different. Hiatus means that it’s planned to come back and usually has a designated time of when it will come back. Placeholder means we’re probably caught up with the original and don’t know when the next chapter will come back

it's not accidental at this point when every manhwa has it and idk if you know, but placeholders are there literally to hold place/reserve a chapter for the current uploader so other ppl shouldn't upload the same chapter anymore before them, and so bots can't scrape mtl chapters from other sites to put here.
i get placeholders but does any1 know why hiatus is spelled hitaus?
