It's been a long time since I last read the novel so I'm sorry if my info is incorrect but from what I remember... The hand will not be healed but Yuder body adapted to the power of the red stone and he can somehow channel the power from the red stone in the future.

Because of Yuder's affinity with all elements, his body is somehow able to adapt with the red stone power. He will be able to use the red stone power and channels it.
