I take it as that they have been apart for so long that they can't miss another second apart. But from what I can gather, Yuuki he has been reminding Akira constantly about his mistakes (from the fridge incident) I think Akira will constantly have that stab of guilt. But I don't feel as bad because Akira was with the gal for maybe 4/5 years and the rest was trying to find Yuuki and he wasn't even happy with the girl for those 5 years so it's a type of retribution also.
In my head, Yuuki just constantly reminds Akira and Akira will regret those years forever. But I'm happy that Yuuki is at least happy now.
and if you see during after, he reminded him constantly. Like 'leaving Yuuki 3 times', during the erectile dysfunction moment. I think Akira won't catch a break about that and that made me feel better about it.
The part where they were separated was too long compared with the rest, it left me unsatisfied. If only we could have seen more of their happy moments... But it was such a sudden heartbreak when Akira left Yuuki just like that. It was resolved too quickly, and then the end. Even if it was a "happy" ending the feeling was bittersweet. Two more chapters after the conflict and this would have been perfect
