No, he could actually avoid that situation if he's not doing stupid things that get him noticable to ML. Like bro, before he walked in he was warned not to look yet he look at the boss. He got distracted looking on the blood and the big dick of ML that got him stupefied that he is. He also look at the beaten up body that got him shaking and messing up the drinks coz of his trembling. He knows he's in the den of some feared guy yet he's doing stupid things.
Now that he hook the interest of ML he keeps on running away than just do what ML wants. He's so stupid not to suck it up and use ML's interest on him as a weapon to manipulate and escape that place fast and very far from his aunt's and ML's territory.

Nahh he could just do what ML wants with him heck he could also try to lessen his demands by being honest. Since ML already told him he don't wanna force him and he also gave him a lot of chance to avoid penetration or sucks his dick.
He can use those interest to a few things for himself. Obviously it's unavoidable to get penetrated but he can at least lessen the force if it comes to that situation.
