yes, bean counter is the nickname for “The Other World’s Books Depend on the Bean Counter” (official english). the title the commenter above me said is the fan tl title
this was released in 2021 vs bean counter (manga) released in 2020 so yeah this is not just a coincidence. if it was just a similar trope then it would’ve stopped at mc being dragged into another world with the saintess girl, but the plot progression is the same LOL
it’s a shame, the art is already good and there’s enough original plot idea for it to deviate from bean counter but they just kept it going lol
