Anal rape hurts a ton it hospitalizes people and he also got beat up a lot. Even if he is a titan, there's also psychological damage to consider.
So far so good. The only thing I had issue with was when he sat down at the end after yelling at his co-working. Wouldn't his butt hurt a bunch from not only sex for the first time, but from having the barrel of a gun shoved in there. I know it wasn't far, but still pain! His butt must be the most powerful thing on him to not feel pain afterwards.
