She haved some illness, and ocassionally needed blood transfusion, she haved a rare blood type and only Asters blood was a match for her. But one specific time when she needed a transfusion, Aster hide away in to a place what only he know, because he wanted be alone, and nobody find him, thus the lil sis died.
