why the fuck is the ML such a doormat. i hate these “damn i didn’t know my wife was having a hard time (BEING ABUSED) bc i was neglecting her and not communicating AT. ALL.” ML. like obviously the FL needs to stand on business and start runnin the damn household.. but 9 times outta 10 in stories w that plot the FL was abused n has normalized it so she doesn’t feel like she “needs” to speak up. like- fuck man i get that coming up w new plot ideas is hard but can we get a nice historical smut with COMMUNICATION (and maybe less plot-irrelevant abuse)!
