Hey can someone explain to me about how the crown prince is the crown prince? Like how did he get that position because he's not a direct blood relative of the emperor or kishiar. I'm so confused about how he's related to them and why he's in that position.

Because Emperor Keilusa is sickly and so was Kishiar due to their broken vessel, the emperor and empress adopted Katchian a move recommended by the House Diarca faction in an attempt to ensure a puppet king is seated. Hoep that helps.

Ohhh that helped thanks but one more question the imperial family's blood is sacred and special right? they're have the blessing of sun god but doesn't that mean the cp doesn't have that prestige because he's not related to them. Even if he were to succeed the emperor like he did in the previous timeline and have heirs won't the blessing of the sun god be lost because he's not of imperial blood? the empire would also lose a powerful of symbol of their prosperity how the hell were people convinced to allow for that potential future?

I wouldn't say its a blessing since Keilusa and Kishiar have weak vessels, Katchian doesn't have this issue. Katchian if I rrcall would be Diarca blood, a son from the Duke's cousin's daughter, a far bloodline so he doesn't seem to have an issue with his vessel. He looks blond and red eyes to make it seem he has sun god's blessing, but his real features are hidden by House Diarca. No one opposed Diarca because it seems other head dukes is interested in a puppet king. Keilusa and Kishiar have issue with their vessel so they had to agree to make him crown prince.

It was a blessing, yes (those born in the Imperial family tend to be gifted in brains, magic, skills, holy energy etc). Until the Imperial family started inbreeding.

As a result of centuries of inbreeding there children born whose bodies cannot contain the excessive power they are born with. This causes cracks in their vessel which leads to the excess energy leaking out of their bodies and causing harm to other living creatures.

Kishiar was initially born with this problem, these children are always born sickly and almost never live past their 30s. Kishiar's older brother Keillusa (Current Emperor) was not born with this problem.

Some time after Keillusa became emperor he enters an "Accident" that damages his vessel. He then decides to hold a sort of contest for the next Crown Prince that will he adopted from one of the four Ducal families (They all have the blood of the Imperial Family).

Keillusa has already chosen an heir that he and his wife want, but the child enters an "Accident" and dies before he get chosen. That leaves the current Crown Prince as the only eligible choice and he gets chosen.

TL;DR The current Crown Prince is adopted, but he is a descendant of the first emperor so Imperial Blood does run through his veins. This means that even if the main bloodline (The Current Emperor) dies, the branch bloodlines (The Crown Prince and the Four Duchal Families) still exist.
