Probably a translation error.
There's this website I usually read Kingdom with the usual translations of kingdom scans. Just search read kingdom manga on your browser and it should show up. The translations there are consistent and not uploaded by bots. The bad translations are from mtl and was automatically uploaded by bots.
feels kinda different and bad ngl... they changed some names too, and for some reason talk about koreans instead of chinese??
