No, I agree, I mean we don't know if it's gonna be sad yet, I always love that misdirect, I saw it a few times, hopefully it is! I can't remember the story but it's guideverse, the guide thought that the Esper getting bully when he was little which is why he's a bit short temper around people (not for the guide ofc) but ofc that's not what happened, the Esper is the one bullying people LOL granted it's a child bullying adults but still
am I the only one who would like it more if we don’t get a sad backstory? I mean he can just be a jerk for no reason. In real life many people are just as bad as him and they had a good life. I would honestly like it better to not have a sob story cuz that’s just who he is.
