
You're wishing for a therapist, they can be friendly too. But fyi and I don't want to judge or blame anyone but just for anyone reading this, friends are not trauma dumpsters, they are humans with their own problems too, if you have the need to solve your trauma or something, it's better to go to a licensed or professional (therapist, psychiatrist, etc) again, sorry if this sounded rude but I used to have a friend who'd trauma dump and I'm not a professional so it was really heavy and hard to do anything with them, (they're good now tho they got treatment for suicidal thoughts and depression)

yeah, i have same opinion too. If people go to professional they will be willing to help. cause they're doing their work. if they vent to their friends only, they don't know what to do and become distant cause of constant stress of the other person. Sometimes people assume if you're close they can vent everything. if you're doing that, you have to let the other person vent too. it usually one sided about how difficult life is and no one understanding that. but other person has difficulties too.
I wish a have a friend like dokgo cuz I desperately needs therapy sessions in my life huhu
