
I’ve actually seen a lot of transactions like this. It could maybe be this team who does it but i wouldn’t be surprised if they are using some type of google translate or something. It also could be that thry don’t speak the best English are are just kinda guessing but who knows at least we are getting a translation that we can mostly understand

I think it depends on the language and if dramatically ie a person talks about themselves in 3rd grammatical gender. I've seen it along with my native lang, where formalities require use of 3rd gender when speaking directlyto a person (something along the lines of 'sir, would he require some sugar with his tea?') and machine translation goes bonkers.
First time I see a translator messing up with the pronouns like this. Even an elementary level English speaker can make a difference between I, you and he, can't imagine the reason there are so many mistakes in this...
