Its not the translation, trust me, its on par, its the manga itself. The manga is behind the anime, so the anime uses another manga adaption AND the light novel to make it up

Yes, I forgot the other mankagas name but her work has a different artstyle and has a faster pace (as in around 3-5 chapters in this adaption to 1 chapter in the other adaption) so is ahead by the anime. Additionally, Its more faithful to the light novel.
