right like i get his point but he worded it SOOO BAD..

Because the FL's mother is expecting another child i think he rather they "let go" of the FL if pursuing her would be dangerous and focus on the child they are now expecting. Especially since the FL is no longer a child also. Which is really shitty in my opinion.
