i’m pretty sure he is that doctor and i’m also sure he was the one who gave him the medicine. He wouldn’t have those memories or know what happened to giwon if he wasn’t the doctor from that time
If that's really the case it'll be messed up you know... I mean who makes other partially immortal just so he's curious about his ability as a doctor... I mean think about it if it's true then he'll become the mad scientist who just goes around and experiment on other people without their concent... Kinda creepy
