Malcolm is so cute tbh he is so empathetic and picks up well on social cues and even with someone as hard to read as Andrew, he still tries to understand him. Malcolm is such a good friend, Luke is so lucky because the way we've read Malcolm's internal dialogue really juxtaposes with how he acts and how everyone Perceives him, he is just really surprisingly considerate enough to make Andrew feel included despite being an outsider to the club. Damn and they had to name him like the character in Macbeth... I can see the similarities.
