never read the novel but yes that is what happens in the manhwa
that ISN'T what happens in the manhwa though? it's like a weird alternate version where karel being sasha's sponsor is the main plot point. even on nu the plot summary for "solo for two" is different than "la valse" but it uses the same characters and world. THAT'S what i'm confused about.
Just read another comment—apparently it's a sequel. The house they live in, assuming this mansion they have now, was eventually filled with pictures of Sasya and turned into a museum owned by Sasya's descendants. (?) I think it's a story about Sasya's descendant and Karel's reincarnation who had the same name; Karel Clementis.
