as far as I understand it, a month ago, the kisses were brought to school, but then when Jeong-ie heard Hangyul ask for a "kiss", he fell down the stairs. For some reason, we flash back and forth between Jeong-ie wearing the cast and not wearing the cast.
The name KiBi is Kisses and something else put together to tease Jeong-ie and Hangyul about that situation. Then we flash back to the "present" post leg injury and the story seems to continue on. That's as much as I understand, haha ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
