yeah i’m sort of thinking that it may differ from the novel a bit, more hoping lol but in the og scene the top did showcase some of the same “guilt” and i’m pretty sure said the same line too
I have no experience with the novel except the revenge reveal/ending but iirc in the earlier chapters it said something like "This comic is an adaptation but won't be the same as the novel" or something like that so maybe there is a chance this will have some type of "good ending" whatever the definition for that is
