u shouldnt be policeman if u have bad memory and forget faces ...like how can u forget someone after an incident like this, the guy bullied ur friend and litrally kissed you!! this should be a permanet mark in ur memory, i mean even if he has a scare now he still couldnt have changed that much nontheless
