Miya and Kudo have a baby. I'm so happy! And I love how Jirou and Aois kids have theur faces but switched personality. Sakura looks like Jirou but has Aois confidence. Ren looks like Aoi but is a crybaby like Jirou.

It depends on the magazine. Omegaverse project: they can all be pregnant (men and women, ABO) with different % chances (high for omega). B-boy omegaverse, only omegas can be pregnant. And the author does what he wants as well.

this manga in particular allows all genders to have kids remember when kudo was raped and he though he was gonna be pregnant. so that means an alpha male can have kids too

Kudo's mom is a male and an alpha.
