Exactly! I feel like FL’s being dumb here.
Probably because the event is normal, so she didn’t think much of it. She sent a guard but there’s no real reason to doubt the event itself when it’s a normal thing to happen and she herself had been to one. I don’t think she’s being dumb, it’s more not being overly paranoid. She will be after this though
