I think you're confusing their names, Mako is the main character and the guy getting cheated on, Yuki is the one pursing the main character

can yuki just get a break from these men? yeah i know mako is a great guy whatsoever and ryohei is a piece of shit but just because mako treats him better doesn’t mean what they’re doing should be justified because the other party is a cheater. i just hope yuki gets the healing he deserves once he found out. i have a feeling mako knows from the start that ryohei is cheating on yuki and he is just making yuki forget ryohei bit by bit from his actions but STILL that’s just convenience and will bring up more conflict AAAAA YUKI DESERVES BETTER
