Yes Yuna trains a lot, but the issue is, this and most of the fights are against apostles. Apostles are like the perfection of fighting styles and k*lling. The best of the best. Realistically, Yuna still can barely injure them badly, yk.
She is starting to train and get better, but that's for enemies her league or slightly above. Matthias is an apostle, the second she stands alone before him, she's dead. She doesn't have the experience. Even if I'd love seeing her kick ass.
I know and I understand that they are fighting against the apostles and without experience and skills like Peter they can't land a single hit to the opponent.
It's just that I expect her and the Dokja brothers to rise above the D group. They got more training and experience while teaming up with Peter during their side quests. They should be able to tackle the Bgroups as well. But everytime they face a B group fighter, Peter has to dive in to finish them. I guess maybe cause they are still kids in high school. And Peter is well...Peter.
Yuna trained so hard just to be used as prop. Bro seriously let my girl fight more than one second. Everytime she tries to attack, she is bounced back to the wall with the span of one second.
