I think it's just the theme of some, in some works, there's beta and alpha couples, that'd mean they're in contact with pheromones constantly but they don't turn. So i believe it's just some cases, not all. Also i feel like turning into alpha is highly unlikely, omega feels a bit likely to be.

Soooo guys I was telling my non yaoi/bl (and overall non-manga) readers friend what a omegaverse was, and i told them that a Beta can turn Omega if they are for a long time covered by the pheromones of an Alpha but i'm not sure if that exactly how it is and then a question came to my mind and since i don't know exactly everything about omegaverse i'm asking you guys, does a beta can turn alpha the same way they can turn omega ?
