Same, am very pissed at seth rn. I hope the chasing arc is as soul wrenching agony as what he did to Horus. Mojito makes Horus as a lovehead fool for too long, its time for him to grow some balls

I expected more comments from people who saw the raws but I think everyone is ...........disappointed in the story. I have been saying and getting groaned because I said Horus deserves better than Seth. Some people think Seth he can do what ever he wants and people are suppose to excuse him, you can't talk about him. The author has never gave Horus any real character development. Therefore I don't have any faith that the author is finally going to give Horus that type of development his character needs after 200 chapters of her neglecting Horus character. Realistly

I would assume people are just tired of this mess.. including me. This is my last straw giving her the benefit of the doubt. Sure she can say its a slow burn but cmon out of all characters Horus has the worst. Not only does she potrayed him as a horny dog in the mature version (the non mature version is wayy better potraying his soft side), but its also as if he doesn’t have any dignity, swallowing everything seth spit on him. It’s contradictory since Horus is such a pure soul.
Not to mention Seth is an asshole through and through. He knows the pain of trying to gain love from someone and yet….. he treated Horus like a doormat. I can’t even gaslight myself excusing his actions bcoz of ptsd. He just has the talent to choose the WORST option out of all available.

Tldr; yeah u r right Horus deserves someone better and his character development might be butchered due to plot reasons.

Th author wants Horus to accept all of Seth trash behavior. She thinks that Horus accepting Seth’s scarps of affection ….is love. I bet at the end Seth will discover that he loves Horus then go to him and tell him “Im sorry and I love you” and after that all will be forgiven. “I’m sorry and I love you” will not be enough to fix him basically killing him and running off with the FG who kept insulting Horus/and abused Seth. Horus forgiving Seth in the end is just like you said Horus having no dignity/pride. Horus has never had any dignity in this story so I can sadly see that happening. Real growth for Horus would be for Horus to gain dignity and find someone else who finally puts him first/equal. Also, I forgot that Seth did all of this/hurt Horus because his…wife. Seth still loves his wife more than Horus so how is the story also going to get to the point/ make if believable that Seth finally loves Horus more than his wife. Overall, the story makes it seem like Horus is a doormat willing to accepts anything just for Seth scarp of affection. I wish Horus could get out this story!

Also it is so distasteful that Horus has to do so much stuff to win Seth heart yet the FG has abuse Seth but Seth opens up to the FG like a book. I do not like how the author is trying to turn the FG into this bridge that bring Seth & Horus together as if he FG never abuse Seth. By doing that it's like the FG past abuse ment nothing. It's a huge slap in the face to Horus. Like you said Horus is such a pure soul for all this disrespect. Out of all the tops/semes Horus get disrespected the most because he is the soft one.

It hurts my heart knowing Horus living a life yearning for affection. Imagine being born as the mean of a revenge tool, the love he received from Isis was just a calculated move and the thinking the love he received from a tyrant is real love n yet later found out it was never directed to him. Imo his life is way worse than Seth not to mention the reason why he live like that is bcoz of him! Also if the theory bout Horus the Elder is real and it was Seth as well that killed him, then just a mere “im sorry and i love you” is just pure bullshit on Seth’s end.

I used to cheer when the author clarified Horuseth is endgame not Harthorus, but bro after watching the constant abuse and disrespectful, Seth doesn’t deserve anyone as pure as this. The audacity when he felt lowkey jealous asking who Horus saw in the temple is just giving me the ick.

He can show love towards both son and wife who betrayed him and yet spit poison to someone who is genuinely trying to aid him. One can say its trauma response, but when he went to the FG and ditch Horus that is not trauma, that is just him mirroring his respect towards Horus which is non existent. Though i might be too critical on Seth rn but im just beyond disappointed on him.

I don't understand how Horus the Elder is suppose to fix the current problem/relationship.
That happened in the past. How is that going to make Seth love Horus. How is it going to make him love Horus more than his wife? How? Just because Seth say "I love you" why should Horus forgive him? Why? How is Horus the Elder going to fix everything?

I fear the author will make Horus become an evil god because of the incident and it's suppose to mirror Seth begin an evil god in the begining. Why?????

Ahh, I think you might have misunderstood — Horus the Elder (HTE) isn’t meant to fix anything in the current relationship. His role is more of a backstory device to explain Horus’s deep obsession with Seth.

If the theory is right, Seth and HTE were lovers when both were still demigods. But then Osiris manipulated Seth, which led to Seth killing HTE. Isis, furious, used her powers to place HTE’s soul inside her, and later gave birth to Horus. It was Nephthys who comforted Seth afterward, showing he did regret what happened — hence his lasting attachment to his wife. In the present, Horus is believed to be the reincarnation of HTE.

So no, HTE isn’t going to magically fix the current mess. Instead, it adds emotional weight by showing that from the very beginning, Seth has continuously betrayed and belittled Horus — even across lifetimes. It makes Horus’s pain and longing even more tragic.

We’ve actually already seen a version of evil Horus back in chapter 75 — which was how Mojito originally intended the flow of the story. Knowing that now, it really adds context to why that Horus was so red flag. After everything he’s been through, I just wish Mojito would give him a bit of self-respect or pride.

Thank you , so the Horus the Elder is not going to like ...help. It is going to make it ..worst. LOL. I didn't understand how Horus the elder was going to fix this that's why I asked. I dont understand how this can be fixed. No matter how you flip it Horus is just circling back to his toxic ex/relationship.

Horus is only going to forgive him because Seth is the main character. Like you said this is probably the goal along because Horus has always been Seth's doormat but making HorusxSeth endgame would be like making Horus the ultimate doormat. Also it like the author trying to force a happy ending at the end just because it's a happy ending. Most authors feel like stories should have a happy ending no matter what. LOL

Sad like you said it's like the author doesn't want Horus to have any self respect/pride.The author wants Horus to accept all of Seth trash behavior. She thinks that Horus accepting Seth’s scarps of affection and always forgiving him….is love. You should not have to lower yourself to be loved.

The author could show more growth/development for Horus if the author was bold and gave him a new lover who finally appreciated him/his love instead of him going back to his toxic ex/Seth. But since this is Seth's story Seth has to win out in the end. Thanks!

Even when you explained it: I still feel the same way Horus deserves someone else.
