The “special medicine” confused me cause it looks like he has hives in which he just needs antihistamines or a steroid cream. It could also be eczema. It’s rlly weird that he has had this for a while but doesn’t know how to treat it…
I also find it sus that mc was dependent to this medicine his brother gives him for the allergies like he keeps trying to find it cuz according to him "its the only thing thats effective" also the fact that the brother knows he doesnt live in his former apartment anymore is super sus too
