It’s mostly because it is the continuity of the main story : Therapy Game, and not XXX secret, so author don’t focus that much on the second couple buuuut I think it’ll change due to what we see in chapter 26, Shouhei seems to be lonely and we will probably have a chapter about them + it seems we will have another couple to discover with the doctor and Shizuma’s friend
ngl the brother story not having a lot of chapters like this story pissed me off. Want to see more of them, i legit considered this story done
