my 2 cents:
aiden and lily liked each other when they were kids. their feelings were mutual. joshua and blue hair also thought they suited each other bc they were extremely similar.
the current aiden cant accept the fact that lily doesn’t like him anymore. he cant accept the fact that lily chose joshua just because he went away unwillingly while joshua stayed behind.
lily acknowledges that they could have been together but too much time has passed. she’s movrd on. aiden was under the assumption that lily still liked him.
through the blue hair, lily learns that aiden manipulated her during the ball (?) event. what she thought that she willingly chose (her picking aiden as her partner) turned out to be him tricking her.
now she learns that joshua and aiden were together before joshua got attacked and thus, being heavily injured. knowing aiden’s manipulative nature, lily cant help but think aiden left joshua to die. aiden becomes upset bc lily doesn’t believe him and is extremely bitter— that the reason they didn’t up together is because of time.
Btw lets talk about no one cares that the goddams twenty five year old woman had feelings for a child??? What the fuck is wrong with this author
it’s pretty standard when u read regression/reincarnation manhwas (not defending grooming btw). u just learn to turn off your brain when the art is pretty and storyline is decent. otherwise, most ppl would bring it up lmao
I think the author needed to emphasize that when left long enough in that position her mind starts to regress. We see it sometimes when she becomes childish or had tendencies to want desserts instead of actual food. I think lily just adapted her mind to the age her body was now, but yeah I wonder if she ever thought of it as “I’m technically older than this kid now
First of all you could tell that she wasn't a very mature person in her last life, she didn't really have a lot of experiences and when she went to this world she became a child, and in my opinion that also affected her mentally, in my opinion if you're in the body of a child, you're bound to end up thinking like a child and acting like a child

I am a little lost. I don't know what's going on between her and Aiden AT ALL right now. It's that on purpose? Are they trying to imply she is still with Aiden because she never broke up a relationship she wasn't in in the first place? I don't get what's going on. And really guys... now is NOT the time. I know you're all WAY to young for your positions in this war, but you should at lead know to leave petty relationship squabbles at home.
