That’s not gonna make people give it a low score. It’s short, sweet, and 2 guys kiss so people rate it 5 stars and go. Just bc it’s dark doesn’t make it good but the popular BL these days don’t seem to get the memo. Every top BL these days is the same rape to love fantasy with no plot and 1 dimensional characters so it’s either this stereotype or the other. If you want something REALLY new read Mr. A’s Farm. Hounds of Sisyphus also has great plot with darker themes and none of that rapist bullshit you see in every other BL these days
