Theo wasn't gonna go back to Gunner either way, because as Kane said Theo comes with a "lot of baggage", and he was already set on putting down that baggage. The most he would've done is forgiven him

I don't like Gunner honestly. I do feel bad for him but boy have some issues even if he meant a good life for himself and Theo. I am pretty sure Theo would have wanted to start their relationship fresh again IF ONLY GUNNER SAID HE WOULD CHANGE.
