Mok asks if he’s seeing nanjo these days and sun complains nanjo’s always busy and assumes he’s seeing other women on the side bc that’s how rich chaebol brats are and somewhat under his breath asks if he should just out him (to be vindictive). Which would likely be some sort of scandal since he’s a high up in a big company. So Mok is mockingly asking ‘you going to out me too’…but I don’t think it’s a serious threat since they’ve been friends for a long time, just him calling him out on his pettiness I think.

I recall the friend group asking Mok if he was seeing an older lady or something? So he might also not be out? It's really unclear. It might be more obvious in the officials or in s2 when we see what Sunhwa does in response.
I just assumed he is bi since he and sunhwa openly talk about his ex girlfriends and he said at the club he’d do any hole be it man or woman. But yes, we don’t know if he’s openly out to others. I bet he dgaf about it though even if he was outed. But I bet he’d do his best to protect nanjo from being outed.
