Yeah it floats, it honestly feels relaxing
not that there are many who would want to admit it, but unless you have a porn sized schlong, the average wiener and beans will try to climb back up into your body if the water is cold. And as far as your junk is concerned, any water colder than body temp is "cold" which is 100% the ocean but also most swimming pools. baths and hot tubs are fine for junk relaxing though lol. I guess for compare, if it's cold enough to make your nipples show through your top (w/o a pad of course) then it's cold enough make "the boys" retreat.
